Beyond just completing the review, we provide comprehensive guidance and strategic support throughout the entire process. This includes helping you understand compliance requirements, navigate intricate federal environmental regulations, and address specific project challenges related to environmental due diligence. Our expertise ensures your projects meet all federal requirements for Release of Funds approval.
Please note: Our services are focused on Categorical Exclusions (CENST, CEST) and Environmental Assessments (EAs); we do not undertake Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).

Initial Consultation: We begin with a discussion to understand your project's scope, funding, and specific needs. This helps us determine the appropriate level of environmental review required.
Information Gathering: We'll provide a clear checklist of necessary project documentation from your side (e.g., site plans, property details, funding sources).
Thorough Review & Agency Coordination: We meticulously conduct the environmental review in compliance with federal regulations. This includes preparing required documentation and coordinating with relevant agencies (such as SHPO, FWS, USDA) for necessary consultations and clearances.
HEROS Submission & Approval: We manage the submission of your Environmental Review Record (ERR) through the HUD Environmental Review Online System (HEROS) and guide it through to final Release of Funds approval.
Ongoing Support: We remain available to answer questions and provide support for a period after your ERR submission, ensuring a smooth transition to project implementation.
